in 1985 Damier was a 15 years old about to embark upon the start of his
musical career. Armed with a passion for music and a record collection to
testify to this, he began DJ-ing in his hometown of,...., Croatia, playing at
the then fashionable "Forth" club, warming the crowd up for the
resident DJ.
His success at this club soon gained him recognition and the following year
saw him making re-mix tapes for the radio talk show " Y-Online",
where he also became a regular talk show guest.
From 1987-1989, as the rave era kicked in, Damier became resident DJ at an
underground club named "O". Here he established himself as a
much-respected funk DJ and went on to join DJ Adriatico touring from Venice
to Dubrovnick.
To widen his musical scope Damier moved to Amsterdam and, in 1990, had his
first appearance at the infamous temple to house music, "
Underworld".
Several years, travels abroad and musical evolutions later, Damier was deeply
involved in playing techno and house. After extensive travels through Asia he
decided, in 1996, to move to Hong Kong and then onto Taipei, where he is now
based and has become prominent on the DJ scene. Whilst holding a residency at
the trendy " Rock Candy" club, he also arranges events for Taiwan
most famous nightclub, "@live", which showcases some of clublands
top DJ's: Carl Cox, Sven Vath, Josh Wink, Paul Oakenfold ,Mr. DJ Dario, to
name but a few.
Damier can also be seen playing throughout Asia, including at Bangkok's
"CM2". He recently completed a tour of Southern Thailand
notoriously famous clubbing islands including a special appearance at May's
